Job summary

Aramark United States is seeking a Premium Manager to lead all aspects of premium and catering solutions for Washington State University Athletics in Pullman, WA. You will lead the Premium/Catering team to fulfill events and catering requests, ensuring customer expectations and service standards are met.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality catering services, developing strong client relationships, and managing events from planning to execution.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of experience.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality and catering preferred.
• Available to work event-based hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have excellent communications skills.
• Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lb. and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and complete catering solutions to meet customers’ needs.
• Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport.
• Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events.
• Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders.
• Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions.
• Train and lead catering employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed.
• Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and ensure all requests are met prior to event.
• Responsible for delivering food and labor targets.
• Execution of catering events of varied size and scope including staffing and management.
• Ensure accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, and receivables.
• Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies.
