Qualifikationen

• Available to work event-based hours.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Food handlers and alcohol service certifications as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.

• Develop and complete catering solutions to meet customers' needs.
• Develop and maintain effective client rapport.
• Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events.
• Facilitate delivery and setup of events from banquet event orders.
• Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions.
• Train and lead catering employees to ensure standards are met.
• Provide completed Banquet Event Orders and ensure QA.
• Responsible for delivering food and labor targets.
• Execute catering events of varied size and scope including staffing.
• Ensure accurate reporting of catering revenue, expenses, and receivables.
• Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with food, occupational, and environmental safety policies.
