Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Manager to lead all catering solutions and special events at the location. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends and will guide the catering team to meet customer expectations and service standards.

The position emphasizes developing client relationships, delivering high-quality event planning, and ensuring adherence to safety and food handling policies.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Prior experience in events, hospitality and catering preferred.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Available to work event-based hours.
• Must have excellent communications skills.
• Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required.
• Requires lifting up to 50 lb. and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver catering solutions to meet customers' needs.
• Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport.
• Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events.
• Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and setup of events crafted from banquet event orders.
• Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients' needs.
• Train and lead catering employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed.
• Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and ensure revenue reporting is accurate.
