Qualifications

• Excellent people management skills with large teams
• Serve Safe Manager certification within first month

Responsibilities

• Leadership of Premium and Catering teams and operations to ensure success.
• Plan and execute catering orders, suites orders and special events to client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and achieve the department's financial goals.
• Deliver consistent quality in planning and execution of events and client services.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies including HACCP and wage/hour regulations.
• Develop strong client relationships and drive catering revenue through effective communication.
