Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Manager for the Seattle Convention Center to lead catering solutions and oversee large events. This leadership role drives customized menus, client relations, event setup, and on-site execution while ensuring quality and budget adherence.

The position requires coordinating with culinary, service, and operations teams, enforcing safety policies, and developing staff through training and scheduling to meet demanding events including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Experience in management or supervisory role.
• Experience in events, hospitality and catering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written/interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Available to work event-based hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Washington State Food Handlers, ServSafe Manager, and Alcohol Service Certifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and complete catering solutions to meet customers’ needs.
• Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport.
• Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events.
• Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders.
• Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients’ needs.
• Train and lead catering employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation.
• Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and provide quality assurance all requests are met prior to event.
• Responsible for delivering food and labor targets.
• Responsible for execution of catering events of varied size and scope including staffing and management.
• Ensure accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, and receivables.
• Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies.
