Job summary

Casino Del Sol invites you to join our Food Server team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment within the casino. You will take orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, and ensure beverages and meals are delivered with care and presentation.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of server experience, a valid Food Handler’s card or ServSafe certification, and an Alcohol Awareness card within 3 months. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and overtime is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Food Server in casual eateries.
• Must possess or obtain a valid Food Handler’s card OR ServSafe certification AND an Alcohol Awareness card within 3 months of employment.
• Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service.
• Take and communicate orders to kitchen staff and bartenders.
• Deliver and present food and beverages to guests.
• Monitor alcohol service according to policy and intervene when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
