Job summary

Casino Del Sol in Tucson, AZ seeks an energetic bartender to provide beverage service to guests in a courteous, professional manner. You will greet guests, mix drinks to standard recipes, manage POS transactions, and help keep the bar stocked and clean throughout shifts.

The role requires knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, along with health and safety compliance. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy casino environment and must be able to multitask while delivering exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited bartending school or two years bartending experience.
• Two years bar back experience or combined guest service and money handling.
• Must obtain Food Handler's and Alcohol Awareness cards within three months.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and specify name when possible.
• Communicate clearly, enthusiastically, and professionally with guests.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Ring orders into POS, collect payments and make change.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the bar area.
• Adhere to safety, health standards, and alcohol laws.
