Responsibilities

• Offers warm and sincere welcome to guests and uses guest names when possible.
• Communicates with guests clearly and enthusiastically at all times.
• Rings drink orders into the POS and handles payments.
• Maintains clean, stocked bar areas and adheres to departmental standards.
• Conducts opening and closing inventories of spirits.
• Maintains an attractive bar display and supports beverage service efficiency.
• Ensures cleanliness of bar area and glassware.
• Resolves guest complaints in a diplomatic and timely manner.
• Follows safety, security, and compliance policies, including alcohol regulations.
• Works as a team member and supports shifts as needed.
