Job summary

Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment seeks a Server I to deliver courteous food and beverage service. You will greet guests, upsell, and maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, and menus while following Title 4 Arizona liquor law and TOGE controls.

Responsibilities include taking orders, running food, and maintaining a clean, efficient dining area in a fast-paced casino environment. Must be 18+ and pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED preferred.
• Experience in upscale dining with alcohol and wine service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, anticipate needs, and provide informed food and beverage service.
• Relay orders to kitchen and service bar; ensure proper course service.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, spirits, wine, cocktails, and promotions.
• Operate POS system accurately; handle cash and payments.
• Adhere to Title 4 Arizona liquor law and TOGE alcohol controls.
• Assist in seating, bussing, and maintaining a clean work area.
