Job summary

Kiva Confections in Newark, New Jersey is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue, expand brand distribution, and manage top accounts in a fast-growing cannabis foods market. You will meet or exceed revenue targets, build relationships with owners, buyers, dispensary managers, budtenders, and other stakeholders while collaborating with Trade Marketing to design promotions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
5+ years leading Key Account relationships with revenue impact.
5+ years sales experience in CPG, spirits/wine/beer, or cannabis preferred.
Proven customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed revenue targets by managing existing accounts and prospecting new business.
Build relationships with owners, buyers, dispensary managers, budtenders and other buyers.
Collaborate with Trade Marketing and retail partners to drive promotional activities and product launches.
Leverage data and analytics to inform strategy and measure performance.
Identify new business opportunities and expand brand distribution.
Support daily retailer interactions and ensure accurate logging in Salesforce.
