Ideal candidates are passionate about delighting customers and achieving or exceeding volume and margin goals. You will greet customers, present products, prepare quotes, and coordinate financing with managers. This role emphasizes relationship-building and post-sale follow-up.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce or similar).
• Prior marine sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in-store and respond to phone and online inquiries.
• Present products and review features and benefits with customers.
• Manage sales process from presentation to quotes and pricing to meet margins.
• Close sales and meet monthly and annual goals.
• Maintain knowledge of boats, models, brands, and accessories.
• Provide post-sale support and encourage repeat business.
• Participate in sales meetings, boat shows, and events.
• Complete necessary paperwork throughout the sales process.
