Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Prior experience in marine sales is a plus.
• Solid understanding of marine products, accessories, and boating trends is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and inquiries using CRM; build relationships.
• Present products and review features and benefits.
• Manage the sales process from start to finish, including quotes and pricing.
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and annual goals.
• Maintain knowledge of stores' boat models, brands, features, and accessories.
• Provide post-sale support and promote repeat business by following up with past customers.
• Attend sales meetings and events; complete required paperwork.
