Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Augusta, GA is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist customers in making informed buying decisions and provide excellent service. You will engage customers, determine needs, share product knowledge, and drive sales while maintaining showroom presentation and CRM follow-up.

An emphasis on friendly communication, teamwork with service departments, and meeting monthly sales goals is required. Full-time position with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computer system & POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Meet with potential customers to determine boating and ATV needs.
• Provide information to allow customers to make informed buying decisions.
• Maintain current product knowledge and awareness of promotions.
• Operate and navigate the CRM tool to manage leads and follow up with customers.
• Prepare the showroom daily to display signs and keep products clean and presentable.
• Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals based on employment status and scheduling.
• Participate in events such as Boat Shows and other promotions.
