River Valley Marine is seeking an experienced Marine Sales Consultant to join our Rochester team. This role focuses on relationship-based selling of new and pre-owned boats, pontoon, fishing and wake boats with uncapped commission and strong inbound leads.

You will guide customers from first conversation through delivery, build a loyal customer base, and leverage a personal marketing approach to grow sales while representing premium marine brands in a high-energy dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned boats in a consultative sales environment.
