• Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize billing systems, tools, and processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process premium billing transactions, including payments, adjustments, and account updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing records.
• Research, analyze, and resolve billing discrepancies, including reconciliation of billing, eligibility, and payment variances.
• Support the preparation of monthly premium invoices and assist with identifying and resolving billing issues.
• Respond professionally to billing inquiries received through phone, email, and walk-in interactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account-related issues and maintain accurate billing information.
• Maintain complete and accurate account documentation within billing systems according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to support department workflows, productivity, and operational continuity.
• Perform other related duties and special projects, as assigned.

The Premium Billing Representative is responsible for performing premium billing functions that involve increased complexity and require a higher level of analysis, problem-solving, and customer service. This position ensures accurate and timely processing of billing transactions, researches and resolves billing discrepancies, and collaborates with internal departments to maintain account accuracy and support department operations.
