Momentum BMW is seeking a Service Advisor to greet clients, collect vehicle data, and produce accurate labor and parts estimates while managing promised times and follow-ups. The role requires clear communication, professional presentation, and dealership experience.

The successful candidate will monitor repair progress, inform customers of changes, and coordinate with BMW and third parties to ensure timely payments. ASE certification is preferred.

Formación

• Two years of dealership experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• ASE certification preferred.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.

Responsabilidades

• Greets clients in a timely, friendly manner and welcomes them into the dealership.
• Does a walkaround with the client, compiles vehicle data, and determines initial repairs.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts; establishes promised time and follows up.
• Monitors progress, contacts customers about changes in estimate or time, and obtains authorization for additional work.
• Maintains CSI rating by delivering elite customer service per BMW standards.
• Communicates with clients, BMW, and third parties to ensure timely payments for authorized repairs.
• Advises customers on car care and maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Adheres to dealership safety standards and relevant regulations.
