Qualifications

• Engineering and mechanical experience required.
• Automobile industry experience and ability to problem solve.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance expected.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and performing vehicle inspections and repair order recommendations.
• Consulting technicians about needed repairs and presenting repair options to maintain the vehicle per OEM recommendations.
• Answering client questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.
• Presenting clients with insurance and warranty options for better coverage and potential savings.
• Overseeing and managing the service center’s scheduling and workflow.
• Informing clients of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
