Group 1 Automotive, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the face of our Jaguar Land Rover service team and deliver a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience from vehicle check-in through service completion.
• Schedule, confirm, and prepare customer appointments to ensure a seamless service visit.
• Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and identify customer concerns and maintenance needs.
• Review technician inspections and present service recommendations with transparency and confidence.
• Prepare detailed repair orders, including accurate cost and completion time estimates.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, parts personnel, and customers to ensure timely repairs.
• Provide proactive updates throughout the service process and follow up after service completion.
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay current on Jaguar Land Rover products, maintenance schedules, warranties, and service offerings.
