• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience recommended.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills.

• ADP/CDK and CDK Service Edge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the service process.
• Greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and recommend appropriate services.
• Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly and professionally.
• Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Review completed work with customers and ensure all concerns have been addressed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records.
