Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or customer service roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and sales skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs and automotive software.
• English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proof of leadership and team management experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly gross profit goals and key KPIs (ARO, CSI).
• Manage repair orders: estimates, approvals, warranties, and payments.
• Greet customers and gather vehicle details for service orders.
• Explain repair results, costs, and options clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and update customers on timelines.
