• Bilingual/Multilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and promote the scope, value, and features of products and services.
• Generate positive impressions during the shopping experience by staying friendly, professional and prompt.
• Help clients find the vehicle that meets their needs using inventory sheets and website.
• Enhance the sales process by personalizing and demonstrating vehicle features.
• Support clients in completing the sales credit application and related paperwork.
• Use current technology to maintain contacts, review inventory, and increase sales.
• Stay up to date with BMW NA products and specifications.
• Maintain monthly department targets and performance metrics.
• Establish a consulting relationship post-delivery following department guidelines.
• Complete quarterly online training and participate in instructor-led sessions.
