Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent; insurance coursework preferable.
• Customer Service in insurance or related field preferred.
• Premium audit knowledge or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort and distribute mail and email communications in a timely manner.
• Create and update premium audit system with notes ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
• Monitor and order departmental supplies.
• Understand the department’s workflow and authority.
• Input of vendor invoices and other payment requests.
• Gather and provide audit records as requested to third parties and management.
• Ability to handle customer service phone calls per guidelines.
