Qualifications

• Ability to handle customer service phone calls per guidelines.

What you will do:

The premium audit control clerk is responsible for the front line written and verbal flow of communication within the department. This includes external customers and our business partners.

Essential Functions:

• Sort and distribute mail and email communications in a timely manner
• Create and update premium audit system with notes ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
• Monitor and order departmental supplies
• Understand the department’s workflow and authority
• Input of vendor invoices and other payment requests
• Gather and provide audit records as requested to third parties and management
• Ability to handle customer service phone calls per guidelines

Education: H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required; Insurance coursework preferable. Customer Service in insurance or related field preferred.

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee’s work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.

This position is a full time hourly, non exempt (non overtime eligible) position.
