Job summary
Datadog is seeking Premier Support Engineers to engage with Premier Customers, answering technical questions, and guiding them to success on the Datadog platform. You will educate prospects and customers through calls, demos, and documentation while working in a hybrid environment.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SaaS tech support, some programming experience, Linux knowledge, and Japanese language proficiency. Weekend rotation and collaboration across teams are expected.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company.
- Some programming experience and basic Linux knowledge.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Customer-centric, decisive, and knows when to escalate.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests (phone / chat / tickets) on a fast-paced team while educating clients on Datadog use.
- Build relationships with Premier Customers and understand their environment.
- Reproduce issues and dive into 600+ integrations Datadog supports.
- Create documentation and knowledge base articles for various technologies.
- Drive product conversations from client interactions and needs.
