You will greet prospects and residents, answer calls, manage move-in/out and package workflows, and ensure the clubhouse is tour-ready each morning. The role includes coordinating activities and maintaining local vendor contacts.

Qualifications

• Greet prospects and residents and ensure comfort while waiting.
• Answer phone calls and route to appropriate team member.
• Maintain guest suite schedule, loading dock, and elevator schedules for move-ins/outs.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready before opening.
• Manage package deliveries with timely notifications to residents.
• Keep logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other services.
• Assist with scheduling resident activities and planning.
• Maintain local information on area restaurants, shops, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, ensuring comfort while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answer phone calls, route to the right team member, and assist with service-request callbacks as needed.
• Maintain guest suite and move-in/move-out schedules (loading dock/elevator) for smooth operations.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready before opening each morning.
• Manage all package deliveries, documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community services.
• Assist the team with scheduling and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Keep local area information and vendor contacts up to date to support residents.
