Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in New York City is seeking a friendly, service-oriented team member to manage the package room and support resident services. The role focuses on tracking, storing, and distributing resident packages, greeting visitors, and coordinating move‑ins/move‑outs to keep operations running smoothly.

The on-site, full‑time position requires coordinating schedules, answering calls, maintaining logs, and assisting with resident activities.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the package room and assist residents with package retrieval.
• Greet prospects and residents and facilitate visits to the leasing area.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate team members.
• Maintain guest suite schedule and coordinate loading dock/elevator for move-ins/outs.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready each morning.
• Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain logs for equipment rentals and other services.
• Assist with scheduling resident activities and programs.
• Maintain information on local area restaurants, shops and concierge vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the package room operations, including receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing resident packages.
• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures comfort while they wait.
• Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate team member and assist with service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedule and coordinate loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/outs.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready prior to leasing office opening each morning.
• Document arrival information for packages and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Keep logs for equipment rentals and other resident services provided by the community.
• Assist the community team with scheduling and organizing resident activities and programs.
