Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Premier Client Banker in Tucson, AZ to acquire, engage and retain Mass Affluent clients.

You will leverage consultative selling, cross-sell bank products, and build a broad ecosystem of partners to deliver tailored solutions and grow share of wallet. You will lead client relationships, manage onboarding and servicing, and coordinate with PNC Advisors to deliver comprehensive financial wellness.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired for the role.
• FINRA licenses preferred; Life and Health Insurance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive mass affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention.
• Generate and manage leads and client appointments.
• Engage in needs-based, consultative conversations using bank products.
• Develop internal partnerships to drive revenue and growth.
• Manage risk and profitability for the client portfolio.
