Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet with new and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition, and growth; manage risk and maximize profitability for the entire portfolio of clients.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience in all elements of the relationship from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Deliver Financial Wellness by proactively suggesting tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
• Own client penetration goals with ecosystem partners and lead joint Banking and Investing partnership with a PNC Financial Advisor.
