PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Premier Client Banker to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach, and retention in The Woodlands, TX.

You will proactively generate leads, manage client appointments, and leverage bank products to grow share of wallet while delivering an exceptional client experience. The role emphasizes building internal partnerships, managing risk, and delivering Financial Wellness through a collaborative Banking and Investing partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred (63 & 65 acceptable); Life and Health Insurance preferred.
• Strong customer focus with relationship-building and cross-selling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition and retention.
• Proactively generate leads and client appointments using consultative skills and bank products.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and PNC Financial Advisors to deliver Wealth Management services.
• Maintain proactive client relationship management and ensure timely servicing and onboarding.
• Lead and participate in relationship reviews, pre/post-call planning, and ecosystem collaboration.
• Differentiate client experience through advanced communication and solution-building across the portfolio.
