PNC in Cascade, MI is seeking an experienced Premier Client Banker within Wealth Management to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, retention and revenue growth. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with ecosystem partners and PNC Financial Advisors to deliver tailored financial wellness solutions and a differentiated client experience.

Qualifications

• Roles typically require a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired and may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• FINRA licenses and Life/Health insurance knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention.
• Develops and maintains internal partnerships to drive revenue, acquisition and growth; manages risk and profitability.
• Leverages client insight and sales tools to translate into actionable sales strategies and convert opportunities.
• Own client relationships and collaborate with ecosystem partners to deliver Wealth Management value.
• Deliver proactive, responsive service to meet client goals and differentiate the client experience.
