Job summary

PNC is seeking a Premier Client Banker based in Mentor, OH, to lead Mass Affluent client acquisition and relationship management within Wealth Management. You will develop strategies, manage ecosystem partnerships, and deliver tailored financial solutions to deepen share of wallet and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach, leveraging sales tools, and coordinating with PNC Financial Advisors to provide integrated banking and investing guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred; Life and Health Insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet with new and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition and growth. Manage risk and maximize profitability for the entire portfolio of clients.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience in all elements of the relationship, from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Own client relationship and hold the team accountable for deliverables, delivering the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition through a joint banking and investing partnership.
