Job summary

PNC is seeking a Premier Client Banker for our Wealth Management team in Hilliard, OH. You will develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain Mass Affluent clients, deepen relationships and expand share of wallet.

You will partner with banking and investing professionals, manage appointments, and deliver Financial Wellness by tailoring solutions to client needs, while ensuring compliance and risk controls. This role is in‑office with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct wealth management or banking experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; certifications/enhanced background checks per CFPB.
• FINRA licenses (7, 66) preferred; Life and Health Insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention.
• Develop internal partnerships to drive revenue and growth; manage risk and profitability.
• Serve as quarterback for ecosystem partners, coordinating experts for a seamless client experience.
• Deliver Financial Wellness by tailoring solutions aligned with client needs and goals.
• Achieve business results through leadership and collaboration with partners and advisors.
