Job summary

PNC Wealth Management in Centerville, OH seeks a Premier Client Banker to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition and deepen relationships. You will leverage consultative skills and bank products to grow share of wallet with new and existing clients.

Collaborating with bank and advisory partners, you will deliver tailored financial wellness solutions, manage risk, and ensure a superior client experience from onboarding to servicing.

Qualifications

• University degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in banking or wealth management.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) and Life/Health insurance licenses are required.
• Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition and retention.
• Leverage needs-based consultative skills and bank products to grow share of wallet.
• Coordinate with ecosystem partners to deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Lead client relationships from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
