PNC Wealth Management seeks a Wealth Banker in Pittsburgh to proactively acquire Mass Affluent clients, expand relationships, and coordinate with Banking & Investing partners to deliver tailored financial solutions. Qualifications

• Degree and/or certifications relevant to banking and wealth management.
• Strong understanding of financial products and cross-sell strategies.
• Experience in client relationship management and sales-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire, outreach and retain Mass Affluent clients and grow share of wallet.
• Build internal and external partnerships to drive revenue and manage portfolio risk.
• Translate client insight into actionable sales strategies and tailor solutions with a Banking & Investing partnership.
• Lead client relationships and oversee team deliverables to meet growth targets.
• Provide proactive service and differentiated client experience throughout onboarding and servicing.
