Job summary

Sunlighten Day Spa in Overland Park, KS, seeks a Guest Experience Representative to be the first point of contact for guests and deliver premier customer service. You will work under the Lead Spa Coordinator and Spa Manager, primarily during daytime hours and some weekends, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth front-desk operations.

The role requires prior front-desk/guest service experience, strong communication, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and front-desk/receptionist experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick thinking, positive and “can do” attitude, confidence in decision making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain booking system accuracy and manage appointments.
• Provide welcome, high-level customer service in-person, by email, or by phone.
• Educate guests on spa services and menus.
• Handle front-desk duties including openings/closings, payments, check-ins, and cleaning.
• Open/close spa independently when needed.
• Communicate cancellations and arrivals to staff according to policy.
• Adhere to security policies and protect assets.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
