Job summary

Sunlighten Day Spa in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Part-Time Guest Experience Representative to be the first point of contact for guests. You will support bookings, payments, and front-desk operations while delivering exceptional service and spa information.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or reception experience, excellent communication skills, and a positive, proactive attitude. Evening shifts and weekend availability are required to support our upscale guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior guest-facing/customer service experience required.
• Front-desk or receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings and add-on services accurately.
• Greet guests warmly and provide premier service in-person, email, or phone.
• Educate guests on spa services and benefits of each offering.
• Handle front-desk tasks: opening/closing, payments, check-ins, and workspace cleanliness.
• Assist with laundry and spa cleaning as needed.
• Process payments and manage multiple payment methods.
• Respond to cancellations and arrivals per policy.
• Adhere to security policies and protect client assets.
