Navy Exchange Service Command (NEX) in Atlantic Beach, FL, is seeking a Supervisory Customer Service Concierge (NEX) to lead a team, guide daily concierge operations, and support promotional events. The role focuses on premier customer service and efficient store operations.

The position is part-time with strong benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, and retirement options. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, engage customers, and promote NEX promotions and programs.

Competenze

1 year responsible experience in clerical office or retail sales.
1 1/2 years progressively responsible experience in retail sales.
Study completed in college/university above high school level may substitute for experience (one-half academic year for 6 months).

Provides work direction and supervision for a group of associates within assigned departments/location engaged in clerical, retail and concierge services.
Prepares work schedules; makes assignments and reassignments; provides on-the-job training and guidance on new procedures.
Keeps records; supports store operations and customer service standards; helps resolve employee relations issues.
Greets and engages customers, identifies needs, and informs them of promotions and services.
