Job summary

Truist in the United States seeks a Premier Advisor to serve as the primary relationship manager for a mass affluent client portfolio, delivering an integrated range of banking, mortgage, planning, investments and insurance solutions.

You will develop client needs through financial planning, collaborate with investment professionals, and drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance and using Truist tools and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience and related training.
• Minimum of five years of financial services experience working with clients dealing with banking, investments, and/or retail lending.
• Advanced knowledge of personal financial planning/advisory/insurance and investment management concepts for mass affluent clients.
• Active or obtain within 100-150 days: SIE, Series 7, 66 (or 63/65), and life/health/variable licenses; SAFE Mortgage licensing with background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for mass affluent clients; sell and service a broad range of banking products.
• Develop understanding of client needs through profiling and financial planning analysis.
• Stay informed on market trends and act as advisor to clients and CPAs.
• Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention targets by expanding services and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with IRM partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build relationships with external centers of influence to grow business.
• Ensure compliance within audit/regulatory frameworks and Truist policies.
• Support Premier Banking program development and processes.
