Truist is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of mass affluent client relationships across Truist’s footprint. You will deliver tailored financial planning, banking, mortgage, investments, and insurance solutions while leveraging the referral network to drive new client acquisition and comprehensive advisory services.

The role demands strong interpersonal and sales skills, deep knowledge of financial planning concepts, and the ability to navigate regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience.
• Minimum of five years of financial services experience working with clients dealing with banking, investments, and/or retail lending, or one year in a financial client relationship manager role.
• Active licenses: SIE, Series 7, 66 (or 63/65 in lieu), applicable Insurance licenses; SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients and deliver a broad range of banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance services.
• Maintain understanding of client financial needs and provide personal financial planning analysis.
• Stay informed on market and regulatory trends impacting mass affluent clients and act as a planning/advisory resource.
• Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals by developing new clients and expanding services.
• Collaborate with Integrated Relationship Management partners to support client service and development.
• Build relationships with external centers of influence to enhance business development.
• Ensure compliance within audit/regulatory frameworks and participate in Premier Banking program development.
