Job summary

Truist seeks a seasoned Premier/Relationship Manager to lead a mass affluent client portfolio with a comprehensive advisory approach. You will deliver banking, mortgage, planning, investments and insurance solutions while coordinating with IRM partners to provide an integrated client experience.

You will establish client financial needs, align planning with investment objectives, and leverage Truist’s referral network to grow assets and deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience.
• Minimum of five years of financial services experience dealing with banking, investments, and/or retail lending.
• Advanced knowledge of personal financial planning/advisory/insurance and investment management/asset allocation concepts.
• Active FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66) and applicable Insurance licenses; must be obtained or transferred within specified days; SAFE Mortgage Licensing compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients; sell, deliver and service a broad range of fee income and retail banking products.
• Understand client financial needs and advise on investments, asset allocation and planning with the advisor on accounts.
• Stay current on economic trends, investment concepts and market issues affecting mass affluent clients; act as a planning resource for clients and their CPAs.
• Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals by developing new clients and expanding services; support referral processes and maintain sales pipeline data.
• Collaborate with Integrated Relationship Management partners to deliver integrated banking, mortgage, planning, investments and insurance services.
• Develop external centers of influence relationships to grow business and ensure compliance within audit/regulatory frameworks.
• Contribute to Premier Banking program enhancements and process improvements.
