Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; financial services experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years of financial services experience working with banking, investments, and/or retail lending.
• Active FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66 or 63/65) and applicable Insurance licenses must be maintained or obtained within stated days.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills; basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients; sell and service a broad range of retail banking products and services.
• Develop client financial plans and provide integrated advice across banking, mortgage, investments, and insurance.
• Monitor client needs and market trends; collaborate with IRM partners for holistic solutions.
• Meet revenue, profitability and retention goals through new client acquisition and expansion of services.
• Maintain compliant, high-quality portfolios within audit and regulatory frameworks.
