Job summary

Truist seeks a dedicated relationship manager to serve a mass affluent client portfolio, delivering comprehensive retail banking, planning, investments and insurance solutions. You will use personal financial planning concepts to deepen client relationships and leverage the Truist referral network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, banking or equivalent experience.
• Five years of financial services experience with banking, investments and/or retail lending.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning, advisory, insurance and asset allocation concepts.
• Active FINRA licenses required or must be obtained within 100–150 days of start; SAFE Mortgage licensing within 30 days.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for a mass affluent client portfolio; deliver banking, planning, investments and insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with financial advisor on investment accounts and asset allocation objectives.
• Stay informed on market trends and provide financial planning resources to clients and CPAs.
• Achieve revenue growth, retention goals and expand services to existing clients.
• Coordinate with IRM partners to deliver integrated banking and advisory solutions.
• Develop external relationships to enhance business development efforts.
• Operate within audit and regulatory frameworks to maintain a compliant portfolio.
• Contribute to Premier Banking program processes, products, and policies.
