Job summary

Truist is seeking a Premier Banking advisor to manage a portfolio of mass affluent clients, delivering comprehensive advice and a broad spectrum of retail and advisory services. You will leverage the Truist network to grow relationships and provide integrated solutions in banking, mortgages, investments, and insurance.

The role emphasizes proactive client profiling, investment account coordination with advisors, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or equivalent.
• Five years financial services experience with banking, investments or retail lending.
• Active FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66 or 63/65) and applicable insurance licenses.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for mass affluent clients, selling and delivering a broad range of retail banking and advisory services.
• Understand client financial needs and align with planning and asset allocation objectives.
• Stay updated on economic and market trends to advise clients and CPAs.
• Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals through new client acquisition and service expansion.
• Collaborate with IRM partners to deliver integrated banking, planning, investments and insurance solutions.
• Build external relationships to enhance business development and ensure compliant portfolios.
