Job summary

Axos Bank in California is seeking Premier Relationship Bankers, Business Development, to win new Premier clients through outbound outreach and onboard ARC customers. You will keep and grow the relationships you bring in, and refer clients to other Axos business lines when needs arise.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, building deposits, and maintaining CRM records, with commission eligibility and starting pay between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years in premier, private, or relationship banking, or deposit sales.
• Track record of meeting deposit and new-client targets.
• Working knowledge of deposit products and banking regulations.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Reach out proactively to prospects and marketing leads and turn them into Premier clients.
• Contact existing Axos commercial and business clients to open Premier relationships.
• Onboard ARC customers and grow their deposits.
• Keep and deepen relationships through regular check-ins.
• Refer clients to Commercial Banking, Small Business Banking, and other Axos teams.
• Maintain pipeline and client records in the CRM and follow bank policies.
