You will manage a portfolio of individual and business clients, identify cross-selling opportunities, and deliver tailored financial solutions.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, compliance with banking regulations, and achievement of sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic networking.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in banking, financial services, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to retain knowledge of deposit operations and lending functions.
• Understanding of documents required for opening new accounts.
• Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex calculations.
• Knowledge of lending and deposit regulations and laws.
• Professional image in dealings with clients and colleagues.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; professional in writing, in person, and on the phone.
• Accurate typing/keyboard skills; basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and business clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client banking needs.
• Conduct regular account reviews and address client concerns.
• Identify opportunities to offer financial products and services including loans, credit lines, deposits, and investments.
