Qualifications

• 3+ years of new accounts, branch operations, financial-services sales, or related banking customer-service experience.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Familiarity with fiduciary and corporate account documentation.

Responsibilities

• Open and service consumer and business deposit accounts such as checking and savings.
• Interview customers, verify ID, review requirements, and establish new accounts.
• Process account maintenance, transfers, and servicing requests.
• Operate a teller drawer and process deposits and withdrawals accurately.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to additional banking products and services.
• Support branch controls, daily certifications, and audit-related activities.
