• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Demonstrated consultative or needs-based sales ability across product lines.
• Familiarity with treasury management concepts and banking services.

Responsabilidades

• Drive relationship depth toward full-suite treasury clients with three or more distinct services.
• Sell across payroll services, merchant services, IC S, business credit cards, and SBA loans.
• Grow net average daily balances across the portfolio through proactive outreach.
• Refer qualified business to internal and external partners for products outside SBB set.
