Job summary

This 1.0 RTE, 12-month position reports to the School Leadership Director and emphasizes data-driven instruction, collaboration with school leaders, and sustained support to teachers and administrators to strengthen literacy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• Training and/or certification in LETRS preferred.
• Five years of successful classroom teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and supports PreK-12 teachers and leaders in literacy instruction.
• Delivers professional learning and resources to schools.
• Uses data to identify needs and monitor progress.
