Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with early childhood/elementary certification.
• Master's degree preferred with appropriate endorsement.
• Minimum three years of proven success with K-3 readers.
• Valid state teaching certificate required.
• Reading/literacy credentials preferred for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized coaching to teachers and principals to improve instructional programs.
• Lead professional development on effective teaching strategies and classroom practice.
• Assist with assessment tools and data reports to monitor student progress.
• Disaggregate and interpret data to guide targeted interventions.
• Collaborate in meetings to align district and school goals with staff needs.
• Model and demonstrate lessons and curriculum updates for staff.
• Support school improvement plans and instructional cohesion across sites.
• Participate in program development and evaluation of resources.
