Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ELA or Reading; 2+ years teaching ELA/Reading, coaching, or delivering PD.
• Master’s degree in ELA or Reading preferred.
• Fluency with digital tools and using data to inform instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted professional development for teachers, coaches, and leaders.
• Deliver ongoing in-classroom support and coaching.
• Analyze data and help districts apply findings to instruction.
• Manage projects and communicate with district and site leaders.
